Customized Design and Manufacturing
Customer provide an idea stretch (left picture) and our R&D team transfer this idea into really product (right picture) by design the structure and mechanism. Our R&D team will design the product according Customer's demand. For example; if Customer need this sofa chair stain 500kg weight; our R&D team will simulate this condition in the computer and develop the best structure and mechanism for this chair.

This is the complete product drawing. Once Customer approves the design; our R&D team will make a sample for Customer's confirmation. If sample is approved; our R&D team will make the production tool for each part in this product. The final product sample will be made from each tool and send to Customer's verification
